BroadWorks customers will also soon be able to implement Microsoft Teams, both as a Teams App as well as an independent web application.
To access it, they’ll need to login to Receptionist with their existing Microsoft account before entering their BroadWorks details.
PeterConnects will soon add this hybrid variant to existing Receptionist clusters. User licenses can be created by adding an extra service pack to the BroadWorks platform.
