What’s new? 

Almost all functionalities from the old support website can be found in the new support environment, but we also added some new functionalities, such as an agenda for upcoming events, news reports and quick access to our wiki.


The existing functionalities are updated and the new ones make the support environment even more effective, easy to use and more complete, thus overall improvement of the effectivity and support.

How to gain access? 

Gaining access to the new support portal is easy. If your e-mail address is contacted to one of our partners you can create an account on the website. When you do encounter difficulties, our support department will gladly help you or handle it manually for you.

The old support website 

The old support website will still be available for a few months, but can only be used for communication about existing support cases.
