Important!

Please, check the version number of your Attendant Console Teams App. It must be at least version 2.0.1!

In order to use the Attendant Teams App without interruption, the update must be completed before December 9, 2021.

Update your Attendant Teams App

Check your Attendant Console App version

From your Teams Desktop Client, right-click on the Attendant Icon tab and select About.

Scroll down to check the version.

Your version must be at least version 2.0.1

Note: this update action requires administrative privileges. If applicable, please forward this page to your application administrator.

Built to be the most user-friendly reception Attendant Console in the market since, since launching it a few months ago we’ve seen huge success. We continue to welcome new users on our platform on a daily basis!

But, in order to keep up with this growth, we need to scale up the platform and expand the global availability of the Attendant Console.

The security policies enforced by Microsoft Teams mean that our Attendant Teams App needs to be updated by all customers. In order to use the Attendant Teams App without interruption, the update must be completed before December 9, 2021.
